Overall very disappointing experience. I would avoid this salon. Unfortunately even after reading multiple reviews I had a horrible experience.
- I was made to wait 35 mins for my appointment
- Treatwell app description said the process would be 45 mins. The lash lift took 1hr 15 mins, this is after having to wait 35 mins. The salons leaflet shows lash lift and tint £50, however because I booked through treatwell I was penalised and had to pay £45 for lash lift and then a further £13.50 for lash tint
- my lashes aren’t bad, however one eye is a completely different shape than the other. My left eye the lashes touch my brow bone but the right eye are much flatter. They look so uneven
- one therapist had her child in the salon whilst she was working
- my therapist didn’t wash her hands between removing another clients shellac nails with acetone before removing my lash tint
Very disappointing experience overall! When I spoke to salon this morning, I was told the prices on Treatwell are more expensive than the salon leaflet. I don’t think the customer should be punished for using Treatwell. If it weren’t for treatwell I wouldn’t never have found or noticed the salon! So basically treatwell customer should avoid booking online as it’s cheaper in salon, I would advise avoiding altogether.

I wasn't sure this was going to work. Received a call to say it might be a bit noisy due to laser treatment in next room (great I got the call) but I couldn't change so was dreading it a bit and then we were late starting but the treatments made up for it. really excellent! my face feels fantastic and I'm incredibly relaxed. would highly recommend.

This is my third time visiting for a leg wax and the staff are always pleasant and rooms always clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautie Lab, is now my regular waxing place.
