Didn’t have the treatment and I left very upset and they wouldn’t refund me. The machine they had was not correct at all. It was old or not a a microdermabrasion, products out front were nicer than in treatment room. Also on Treatwell it says 30 mins but they told me 25. Over all I’m very annoyed. Waste of time and money.

I've never been into a salon where nobody talks to anyone... the staff didn't talk to each other, other than asking what colour I want I wasn't spoken to.., except to say she didn't speak very good English. Which I'm fine with or atleast would have tried to have a conversation. I just found the whole thing odd.. or maybe it's cause was new.. but I didn't feel very welcome..or comfortable at all..

My appointment was supposed to be 70 minutes long (30 minutes Hollywood and 40 minutes full legs), but I was told I am all done in less than 30 minutes. There are patches of unwaxed hair on my legs and on my private parts… I look and feel horrendous. I’ve had many wax treatments over the years and this was by far the worst ever!
