For the 3rd, possibly the 4th, time someone called to change the appointment. Before I got at least one day's notice, this time the call came as I was leaving the house ( I had tee'd up the appointment for after the dentist). They blame Treatwell.

They moved my booking twice, then when I finally had my appointment they were running 20-minutes late and they gave me the wrong treatment and ended it 10mins early. I booked the Caudalie vinosource hydrating facial, and instead they gave me the Caudalie vinopure acne facial without asking me first. I don't have acne, I have four spots on my skin because I'm on my period. I have very dry and sensitive skin and need hydrating facials, not ones that strip my skin of oils and moisture.
