Unfortunately I had what seemed to be a very inexperienced lady. She was nice but not what I would expect for the price paid. Biab was applied without filing and refining after and the polish applied straight after therefore my nails are very bulky uneven and do not look natural. I was asked to pay an extra £5 for a tip and £5 for a colour on top of as their was only very limited biab colours available. Thankfully this cost was waived which is appreciated however sadly I will not return.
