Ina seemed okay, not the most polite, but not too rude either. The atmosphere was quiet no talking just music in the background, which i enjoy. The venue had an unpleasant odour which affected my experience. Gel manicure was okay didn’t last that long, started to chip after a few days.

Anais was lovely but seems very inexperienced. When I first sat down I had to ask for the area to be cleaned as a previous clients nail clippings were on the table. Then when filing away my cuticles every finger on my left hand was nicked with the efile, leaving every finger bleeding. My gel and French tips look great but unfortunately I won’t be returning due to the cuts on my fingers.
