the salon was very dirty. the lady was doing pedicure and she was keeping a all her stuff on the floor.

My visit this time was much better than my last. Firstly, the lady today was super fast; she did my legs, arms, underarms & Hollywood hot waxing plus eyebrow threading all in 40 minutes. She did a good job and made sure to ask me throughout to check that I was happy & hadn't missed anywhere. She was very nice and it wasn't too painful. I will definitely be back

Accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong date (my fault) but went in because I didn’t know I had booked the wrong date - even though it was completely dead in the salon, they refused to take me or make me a new appointment, despite being able to make an appointment on Treatwell for the same hairdresser which doesn’t make any sense.

2nd time I have been here now for hairstyling and I can honestly say the 2 haircuts I have had have been amazing, exactly what I wanted. Recommend to book in advance if going on a Saturday as they were so busy walkins were being asked to come back later!
