I was booked with Freddie but unfortunately she was not there and someone else did the treatments (hair and nails) for me. The wholeexperience felt rushed and as if the person did not know how to do nails (bleeding toe nail and then the shellac is preling off an hour after treatment!) There is also a lack of colour choices egno black or blue just a few reds and skin tone shades. Some are old and separating. Was also made to file my own nails and refused more layers when having hair cut.

Within 3 days of having shellac manicure 3 nails had chipped and peeled completely off. I went back in to have them re-done and I was told to come back on Wednesday - as I will be away and no longer need it I asked for some money refunded instead as this it is really unacceptable for chipping/peeling after only 3 days. I was refused and said I need to call a number to speak to the manager, Terrible service, will not return, not worth £25 at all
