Charlotte is fantastic! The best there is for Hollywood waxing. She makes it as pain free as possible and knows what she is doing. She is so reassuring throughout the process & she is so efficient that it is over before you know it! Literally 20 mins max!
The best I have been to for waxing & I will continue to book with her. She is super friendly & isn't phased by anything!🤣
Had my brows done for the first time as well and again, she listened to what I wanted and was brilliant.

I got gel nails done before Christmas and due to lockdown I've not been able to get them done again. But 2 months later they're still staying put without a chip! Charlotte was so friendly and had great attention to detail. Can't wait to go back.

This is the first time that I’ve been to the beauty suite and honestly it was a really lovely experience. Charlotte made me feel so welcome and did an excellent job of my eyebrows. She also stayed behind to do extra treatments that I hadn’t booked. Will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend.
