It was the first time I had been to Charlotte and the first time I've been back in a salon since the end of lockdown. She made me feel so welcome and at ease the salon was clean and the treatment was speedy and efficient while still being an excellent quality. Thanks Charlotte I will definitely be getting other treatments.

As always, Charlotte did my nails justice! They were in bad shape but Charlotte made them beautiful again, and I chose the rubber shellac base, it's tough as er.. nails! Can't wait to come back in 2 weeks.
