After a 1.5-hour appointment, I got home and looked in the mirror — my roots were still grey and white. I was shocked by the poor quality of the work. Absolutely disappointing and not worth the time or money. Pity, because at least the blow-dry was perfect.

I’ve visited this salon on and off for years and the experience is very inconsistent. Two years ago my hair was badly damaged by a stylist. Recently I left with grey roots because the colour was not left on long enough. Today the owner did my hair: colour fine, cut just ok, yet £65 for cut and blow-dry feels overpriced. He even criticised my previous cut, which is ironic. I guess I have given this place enough chances. Time to move on.

The deep tissue massage was one of the best I have had. Erena did an amazing job - she is very professional. I have not felt as relieved and rested after a massage like this before. Highly recommend her to anyone that needs body aches gone.
