This was my first time visiting this salon. I chose it because it had decent reviews on here. My experience was fine but to be honest not worth the money. My hair wasn’t washed properly, no conditioner, barely if at all any heat protectant. I understand I booked a rough dry but I don’t think there was any attempt to style my hair to ensure it was cut properly or evenly. It felt like because I booked through treatwell, and therefore had a discounted service, I wasn’t cared for with much detail.

Really clean and pleasant salon. I have medium thickness hair so booked the longer thick hair appointment, but found this to be unnecessary. My wash, cut and blow dry only took 40 minutes.
