Closed! I drove all the way from Alvechurch for this appointment for the shop to be closed! I waited 30 minutes and called the number on treatwell. I’m annoyed because I then didn’t have time to go to another appointment elsewhere. I’m also annoyed at treatwell for continuing to promote this establishment when, after reading other reviews, this is not an isolated occurrence.

Awful!! The store was closed when I arrived! The phone number wouldn't work and I knocked repeatedly and no one answered. So upset because I travelled really far and I'm not living in Birmingham. Really upset!

Turned up to my appointment at7:15 and they were closed. Had to travel quiet far to get there as well. Why offer evening appointments if you are going to close.
