I went for a shellac polish on my feet and they had just 5 color choices. I didn't mind as it is a new place and they said they ordered some more colors. I booked for 10£ polish for toes but since I already had gel polish they asked 10£ for removal. Usually I get removal and reapply all for 15£ which I mentioned to them and they agreed to do for 15£. The girl who did the nails was a complete beginner and didn't have much idea what she was doing. Worst part was that with in 3 days the gel polish peeled from 3 of the nails. Having a close look I found that the polish was overlapping the skin which caused the polish to peel off. I will never do my nails again here. Even though I would say they are good people but their service was a waste of money :-(

Worse manicure and pedicure, the gel didn't even last a day.

hair dresser not available due to family emergency, they tried to contact me many times but I didn't get the message so turned up anyway, eyebrow threading was great and they fitted me in for a facial immediately. That was fantastic! Very friendly and genuine staff
