Unfortunately, the salon was very busy and the staff were completely overworked. The staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming but are run off of their feet. This is not relaxing as you can see that they have no time in-between customers and are doing everything they can to make the process as smooth as possible for everybody. Every member of staff was friendly, smiling and efficient, but I found it not relaxing knowing that they were so busy and had absolutely no time to breathe.
