I was happy with my wash, blow-dry and trim. Professional hands. Friendly staff. Only let down was the salon wasn’t open when I arrived and I had to call them to let them know I was there. Only had to wait 5 or so minutes before someone came.

Tried to overcharge me above the Treatwell price that I’d already paid. I only had the exact thing that I’d booked and no extras so there was no reason. Also, I arrived on time but there was only one hairdresser there and they had started doing someone else’s braids and she was about 2-4 hours away from finishing that. She was going to make me wait but I had an appointment straight after. I had to advocate for myself to get them to honour the timing of my appointment. Really disappointing.

The braids are really good tbh they’re perfect and neat but plait too tight and the tightness gave me some sores and bumps at the back of my head
