Nails lasted 1 week before chipping. Scant mask wearing at appt and no pre appt Covid checks or request to sanitise hands on arrival.
Was really poor while we are not allowed visitors at home in Glasgow.

Unable to actually comment as I did not gain access to the establishment. My appointment was booked for 5.00 pm, I arrived for the appointment at 4.55 pm and the shutters were down and the premises were closed. As my appointment was booked through the Treatwell website it was prepaid, therefore I have paid for a treatment I didn't actually receive. I have already emailed for a refund but so far have not received a reply or the refund. Very bad service from both the establishment and Treatwell.
