I had a great mani/pedi at Hollywood and would recommend. The girl was great and really friendly. She was also really attune to what I wanted. I think I was supposed to get a foot massage but didn't get one. It said 1 hour 10 mins on the booking but it took 2 hours in total. My only complaint is that she nipped a few of my cuticles which bled slightly (it wasn't a massive deal but stingy). Other than that, it was great and I'm so happy my nails are looking great!

I was told I would get a refund as I couldn’t have my bikini wax however so one had reached out to me yet... also I am fairly disappointed with the wax as many patches were missed and I had to re wax at home with strips 2 days later
