Val cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment, which also happened last week. I wonder when I will be able to get an actual appointment there... I had a first experience in December which was great, with excellent customer service. And now whenever I book an appointment it's either closed when I show up or Val cancels just before. Whenever I text her to reschedule she never replies...
