I showed up at the door realising it was closed. Then checked my phone and realised they texted me 1min past my appointment time to tell me that they have to cancel me! I even phoned them several times trying to tell them I will be there but struggle to park 10mins before my appointment due to start and no one answered. They must have left well before my appointment time but couldn’t be bothered to tell me they are cancelling my appointment. What a waste of my time!
