Arrived for a Hollywood wax and had to wait 15-20 minutes past appt time as they were busy doing nails. Hot wax was used but they used strip wax on the top half and then hot wax on the bottom half, applied poorly and removed too quickly before the wax had set, most painful wax I’ve ever had and by the end lots of hairs were missed. For £15 I guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed ☹️
