Even though I booked an appointment I had to wait 35 minutes to be seen. The lady doing my nails kept stopping to speak to people that walked through the door. She even stopped filing her nails to file one of hers

I booked gel infill and was asked to pay extra for the gel colour. There in no option for infill with gel colour online so I assumed it’s included. Very misleading.
