Booked for 11 but started at 11:30. Nail polish was dried out. Was barely a manicure as it was only 10mins. They were in a rush. Then brings me to wait at a dryer that doesn’t even work. The look of the place and atmosphere is amazing but the actual work itself, mediocre. Could get this manicure anywhere and you can get it cheaper else where. £13 for a 10min treatment with dried nail polish and broken dryer is ridiculous.
