Important to do a test strand first and discuss properly the process of what’s going to be done, in order to avoid over processing and damaging the hair, especially if the hair is already been partially bleached as this requires a different amount/level.

I have East African hair so my hair is tight curls. Everywhere I go they struggle to straighten this and it stays straight but Sandra is so good with my hair. I will keep going 100%!
