Karoona is so lovely, treatwell isn't being that reliable with bookings so I would contact her directly to make an appointment. Karoona was friendly and listened to my concerns. After the treatment she was very attentive, got me tea checked on me while her next client was getting ready and even messaged me later to make sure I was alright as I felt a little emotional. I was well looked after.
