I loved that my old gels were taken off by hand without the nail drill so my nail bed didn't get damaged. Excellent attention to detail, cuticles still look great a week later! Will definitely be going back,

I come here every two weeks to get a gel manicure and usually it’s great. The regular beautician was away and there was a lady filling in for her. She used a product, “cuticle remover” on my hands because she “doesn’t like cleaning up the mess of doing it the other way”. It caused the skin around my nails to get extremely dry and looked terrible as she didn’t fully get the cuticles trimmed either. When she was trimming my cuticles, she was applying so much pressure, it was painful. When she was finished painting my nails, I asked her to clean up the cuticles again as they looked horrific and she responded with “that’s your skin”. Well ok - all I wanted was for them to be trimmed. So I did it myself when I got home. Once she put the oil on my hands they instantly looked better as they weren’t dried up, and she asked to take a photo of my hands as I think she was aware I’d be making a complaint. Unfortunately it was a bad experience that left me with sore fingers for 3 days. On top of all that- I went during my lunch break as it generally doesn’t take more than 40 minutes- she took an hour and ten minutes. All in all, won’t be going back.
