Outside of building makes the place look a bit worrying, but they had attempted to make the reception area look welcoming (if a bit sparse). The treatment rooms themselves were very comfortable and clean. The lady who did my waxing was very nice and very thorough. My one complaint would be the use of the roll-on wax bottles. Otherwise, highly recommend
