It was the most painful wax I have had in a while and she was not able to remove all the hair off. She said I need to exfoliate more which is fair enough but normally its a smooth shave anyway.

Monica was lovely and she allowed me to change my treatment time which was very nice of her. But sadly my shellac manicure chipped after TWO days!! And In more than one spot. Sad to say I won't be going back.

They may not use Shellac or all those other brand names but it had lasted far longer whilst keeping my nails in the perfect condition! On top of that, the nail technician is a total perfectionist and I absolutely love it!
