terrible service, not properly trained and was made as painful as possible. used the wrong wax and burnt me when applied. she spilt wax on completely the wrong areas and proceeded to rip it off while blaming me for having hair that was too short. had to stop half way through.

The lady who did the wax was lovely. She took her time and was really friendly. Unfortunately when I got home I began to notice discomfort and pain where I had been waxed. My skin had been ripped off in parts and was red raw and sore. I had large patches of red, burnt skin also. A week later and my skin is extremely dry, still with some redness. I have had the type of wax used before, and it's not the most sensitive on your skin but I have never had this kind of reaction/immediate skin breakage. So disappointed. Wish this hadn't happened as the staff were lovely!

I went on my lunch break to get shellac nails and love my nails! They are amazing, shaped well and colour is good too!
