Staff were very friendly and, since it was my first waxing experience, made the effort to make sure I was comfortable and prepared. I had the Hollywood hot wax, which was not as painful as I imagined it to be! I would recommend not shaving for ~5weeks beforehand to ensure complete hair removal. Overall, a good experience!
