Hair cut was fine but felt quite rushed and the stylist was quite abrupt/not particularly friendly and didn't really take much time to find out exactly what I wanted. The promised head massage also didn't happen!

I don't know what I wanted as a haircut, I just wanted something new and different, Jun (the hairdresser) was able to have a sit down with me and go through what works with me, was nervous as I felt out of my depth (had my hair grown for 2 and a bit years) but was reassured and everything went well.
