The stylist is inexperienced in doing the basic layered hair. Instead of trimming the layers he simply cut straight and then cut a straight long fringe. During the process, he had to ask all the time with a mirror if this is fine if this is fine…. It is the worst haircut I have done and it took him 5 min cutting and 25 min blow dry… I thanked him in the end but I will not go back again. However the shop used to have some very good stylists, the quality of stylists is not consistent!
