The venue was lovely and the spa team were very professional.
We only had a small blip when reception checked two more people into the room we were already in which was a shock when they walked in with their own key!! We complained at reception and were given two vouches for a complimentary drink each. Not anywhere near enough to cover the incident but this was a spa weekend for my mum for mothers day and I didn't want to spoil it!!
Puckrup Hall was fantastic. The venue was lovely, staff were so friendly. The food was delicious and the breakfast was full of choices. However due wahanda providing the wrong email address for the spa when I eventually got through to the spa, they were fully booked and could only do Sunday afternoon which was no good as we had to travel home. So we basically did a spa weekend with no treatments. Luckily the venue, dinner and swimming facilities made up for it.
What a great deal! My partner and I had never been on a Spa break before so didn't really know what to expect. After this one night break away we came home feeling rested and relaxed. 3 days later I'm still feeling calm even with the stresses of work. The staff were friendly, food was great and the massage was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend.
Lovely room, nice facilities, good food, helpful staff. Great value as a last minute booking that included dinner, breakfast and a treatment. Definitely recommend.
The hotel itself is tired and dated.
When we arrived, we knew we were early, the staff were not overly helpful and just said check in wasn't till 3 and left us to it
We ordered lunch in the bar and the hot sandwiches came out cold
