Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Spa good. Relaxation room in spa could be improved, there is room for armchairs or loungers which would be better than current seating.

Hotel is nice and clean, swimming pool is warm, few too many kids though. Dinner was o.k, but have had better at other hotels. Room was nice if a bit too corporal. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Overall a good stay.
We found the staff and facilities excellent. Especially helpful was the european lady on reception. The food, service and quality were all top notch. Thank you and we hope to go to Puckrup Hall, Hilton, again in the near future.
