Third time visiting the wellness spa. The customer service is excellent. The steam and sauna are very well set up. Intensely steamy vs. the dry heat of the sauna is a great combo. It was a shame that we couldn't use the floatation bed because it wasnt warming up at all. Tried a few times but the temperature wasnt matching the settings. Staff tried to help but we ended up just using the steam and sauna so didn't get the full experience.

We loved the private wellness area and the dry floatation bed was amazing!
We will definitely book again and make it a regular treat.
The only thing lacking was a WC in near facinity, otherwise it was perfect!

Well worth the money - you get a private room to yourself and I would recommend going for 2 hours instead of 90 minutes.
