I've been to Hill Nails several times and recommended it to friends, as it is usually great. This time it was a dissapointing experience. I had to wait for a really long time (even though I had booked), then I was moved a couple of times of table/technician, and this time the place just didn't seem clean, nor did the instruments/nail files, or the technician using his nails to clean mine.
I was also charged 5 pounds extra for using the booking system which is not advertised on the site.
