Booked for acrylic removal and a gel chrome manicure and had a terrible experience. The removal was so painful - they shoved an acrylic tip underneath my existing nails to force them off, causing severe damage to my natural nails. I had to tell her to stop. My fingers were then stinging so bad in acetone. The gel was messy, and the chrome showed all the damage and discolouration underneath. Charged an extra £10 for chrome and paid over £50 total for painful, poor quality work. Staff also rude

I feel like the quality of this place has been going down a lot recently. The overall dirtyness of the place is always getting worse and this time around the new people doing my nails and toes have ruined my nails very badly. I have noticed they have been increasing their prices which makes sense with the general increase of the cost of living but I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and professionalism from this nail salon to be willing to pay what they are charging.

My first appointment was good so I came back, but this time unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied. Also, the nail was cut in a way that lead to a very painful ingrown toenail.
