I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The lady offered me Hot Stones as part of my massage which turned out to be wonderful! Her hands were so relaxing and very competent.
The only small downsize was the room wasn't very warm (maybe my tolerance to the cold is worse than others though :P) and the table/bed was a little squeaky at points.
