Everything I needed and more. Though not a spa they followed spa protocol e.g made me fill in a short questionnaire, asked about the room temperature and checked if they were applying the right pressure throughout. The Thai massage was prefect. I'm pretty flexible but went in feeling tense and stiff( a long week at work) I came out feeling fantastic. Will be back.
