A very pleasant experience with friendly staff

Really good massage and possibly one of the best neck, shoulder and back ones I have had, but I wasn't warned about what exactly would be happening so was taken by surprise by some the hands on methods of the massage and changes of position of my body. It would be helpful to be told what was happening in future or asked before they progressed if I event wanted them to do that, but at least if i come again I will know what to expect.
Also, at times I felt slightly uncomfortable as the door wasn't always closed during the massage and in full view of other people walking around downstairs (other staff and customers) - the masseuse would go in and out randomly but left the door open. I wasn't very well clothed, obviously so this made me feel slightly awkward.
This doesn't take away from the skill of the masseuses we had. They were really lovely and friendly - the massage we got was amazing!
