I found the facial a little rushed,I wasn't asked what my main concerns were and felt like the treatment wasn't targetted.
But the massage & scrub on the other hand was out of this world! I haven't had a better massage anywhere else and will definitely be back.

Pros: Very friendly, lovely staff! Both the receptionist and the therapist. The treatment was good, I loved the stretches and pressure was good. Good amount of oil used. Included back, neck, shoulder and head which was great!
Rooms were comfortable. The bed was standard but also very comfy! The therapist checked that I was warm through the treatment which is very appreciated. Atmosphere was lovely too with the low music.
A few improvements: When I was taken to the room I was told 'you know what to do right' to which I was like uhhhh.. I was then instructed to remove all top clothing and get on the bed. I feel like it would have been nicer to explain the treatment, talk about areas of concern and which pressure would be preferred. The therapist did say at the beginning if it feels too much to say though so thats a plus!
The therapist did not warm up my muscles before applying pressure to the knots which made it a little more uncomfortable. Although I'm good with pain tolerance, it would have made it a more enjoyable and beneficial experience if she had of warmed the muscles first.
She massaged my bicep muscles weirdly too, very painful. She told me it was a knot in my muscle but I doubt it, it was just my muscles and tendons being squashed against my bones...
The door was left open slightly while I had my treatment. I don't really care when it's only my back exposed... but when the stretches were done I had nothing on the top half and was facing the door, which had a gap meaning anyone walking past could have peaked.
Overall I think it was worth the money, my knots have been worked on I can still feel it now. The ache is what I expected. The pressure was good, just warming the muscles first would have made it perfect, and not so tough on my weak little biceps.
All that being said, I've definitely had much much worse massages!
I would recommend people to go here.
