Ramona v friendly, but wax she used this time too hot. Brazilian (not my first) was so painful I flinched several times and the area was swollen and pink sore for 36 hours after. The strip of hair left was not central and not even. This means I have half a triangle left on one side of my pubic mound and no hair left on the other so I am going to have to either wax the leftover hair off or shave with razor which defeats the purpose of having a wax in the first place. Nightmare. Will not go back.
