It didn't say anything about it being in another hair salon, so got lost. I also felt the welcome was a little muted, we just got straight to it. However, I liked that she put no pressure on me to talk for the full time. I was grateful she added some glitter as requested, it looked great. However, I do have a big chip on day 2. I also was uncomfortable with the amount of cuticle cutting. Overall if you want clean and good value, this is the place for you. For a pamper, go elsewhere.
