From making my booking to my actual treatment Ramona at Hibiscus Beauty in Cheltenham could not have been more fabulous! She was very accommodating when I had to change my appointment and kept me informed by text of appointment times. The treatment it self was wonderful - a really great Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage followed by the Hibiscus Facial which included a mini head massage whilst my face mask was on. I will definitely be going back for another treatment.
