I noticed an immediate difference after my treatment. Fantastic service, very professional. Will definetly recommend. The only thing I would have liked was a bit of relaxing music in the background while I was left to relax.

This was the first time that I received an acupuncture treatment and I really enjoyed it. Ishrat was lovely she took the time to really understand your needs. She was very attentive and non-judgmental. I would definitely recommend this clinic and the treatment is affordable.
My experience with HI Shifa so far has been exceptional. My husband and I have both been treated by Ishrat and Hamza who have a very warm and caring demeanour. From the moment you walk in to the clinic, it is clear that they take great pride in delivering the best care for their patients. The treatment room is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. A thorough history is taken at the beginning of each session, placing a great emphasis on holistic care. This is followed by (in my case) acupuncture and a relaxing massage to end the session. The reassurance and signposting prior to inserting the needles has allowed me to overcome my initial anxieties about the acupuncture needles. Working long hours, I look forward to my weekly sessions at HI Shifa and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for complimentary/alternative treatment.
From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was taken care of well. I was getting sharp pains in my knee suddenly from time to time so I was recommended acupuncture. It was professional and Hamza was really friendly. I had the acupuncture done and although I never have tried acupuncture it did help more than I imagined. After the treatment I do not feel the sharp pains which I used to get in my knee and I am able to get advice at hand too. I would recommend anyone to this clinic as my experience there was great. I have used other clinics in the past for cupping and by far HI Shifa clinic was the best and did prove to be very customer friendly and caring for the patient and well being.
