Acupuncture to treat headache (hardly getting headaches after these treatments but hopefully a one off, first in months). Also had a lovely head massage.

The third time I have been to see Ishrat regarding my migraines and IBS. After acupuncture and following her advice the headaches have gone and my bloating has reduced massively already. Ishrat is so friendly and makes you feel at ease if you are worried about acupuncture.

At the last session I was asked to keep a food diary to find areas I can change to help my IBS and Migraines. I was given some helpful suggestions to try and another round of acupuncture. Great atmosphere and really friendly!

I visited HI Shifa Clinic as I have been suffering with Migraines and I was hoping acupuncture would help. I was a bit nervous but I was put at ease. I was also asked about my general health so I had treatment to help my IBS. I will definitely be back for follow up treatment. Greatclinic would certainly reccomend. Really welcoming as well.
