Awful experience, arrived at venue and they were not aware of booking. They tried to make me pay extra money for the massage which I refused as I’d pre-paid. When the massage actually began the therapist was having a full conversation with a colleague and then spent the remaining time phone to someone. They cut 30 minutes off of my massage as I’d refused to pay the extra £30 but told me that if I book direct and pay cash next time they would give me a good massage. Wish I could give 0 stars

Did not have the massage due to the store being taken over and the app should have been tuned off.

Terrible experience. Booked through Treatwell only to find the booking never made it through to the salon. I saw reviews that had a similar experience so I should’ve paid closer attention. Will not be booking again.

You need to phone the clinic to check that the Treatwell appointment has been registered on their system. As mine had not been, I was met with a locked door when I turned up. I was obliged to re-book directly with the clinic.
