Was hoping for a proper massage chair but only ended up with an ordinary chair. The enviornment was devastated. Didn't have enough oil throughout the whole treatment.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend. The venue cancelled my appointment at the last minute, despite making the appointment 5 days in advance. They did not notify me and then refused to refund my prepaid appointment, when i arrived. They refused to cancel the appointment through treatwell, which would have automated a refund. I would advise everyone avoid making a booking here. No apology or refund received

i arrived at my scheduled time, was told to go to the treatment room, receptionist said she would sanitise my back and said the doc will be there shortly, eventually came back to say, she would relax me however she was wearing rubber gloves and the massage was terrible - unqualified I'm sure, eventually doc came 30 mins later (only have half hour for lunch) and started massaging with a towel, until i asked him where was the oil. the worst massage one has ever had. I dont think he was qualified?

Following an ankle sprain, my foot just didn’t feel “normal” even after it had healed. After just one reflexology massage my foot feels absolutely perfect again. I’m so glad! I saw an improvement to my health overall as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has been curious about reflexology. The process is so relaxing and you can definitely feel the benefits after!
