I had scheduled 60 minute session cupping + massage. It ran over by 30 min- which I was unaware of since I was on the table- I had purchased the same session my first time at your establishment and it was all within 1 hour.. if this was to entice me to return. I won’t be. I’m really upset as it made me miss a key meeting at my office and was embarrassed by it. This was unfortunately the last time I’ll be visiting your establishment.

Booked venue as a last minute treatment. Whilst the therapist was extremely experienced, one a few occasions I had my back/ joints cracked which at the time I was not aware would happen, but was extremely helpful and great cause of stress relief however felt could have been more appropriately dressed given or had the opportunity to wear a robe / T-shirt shorts.
