I had booked in for Saturday evening 18:30. I received a missed call around 16:30 which I only returned at 17:45. It was to ask me to come in sooner.I arrived at 18:00 the lady at the desk was engrossed in her mobile phone and didn’t look up, I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me as a customer for what felt like a minute. I considered walking away.
After she looked up and let Jessie know I had arrived it all went well. Jessie was great and worth the wait from the poor customer service

I was given very little time and privacy to change; the masseur came in every 30 secs to check if I was ready; this also happens when the massage was over. The room was tiny and basic & You could clearly hear other people conversations. The masseur kept moving/dragging the massage bench around without any warning; my head was been slammed around in the head gap which gave me a very bad headache. I felt like I couldn’t complete relax and I left feeling worse off than when I actually arrived.
