I had acupuncture followed by 15 min massage, for shoulder ache related to disc damage. I think it helped and will return for massage next time.

Very abrupt and no real explanation on what the treatment was and why. Experienced no relief for my back problems at all.

I loved the experience and the fact that things were explained to me such as why I was experiencing pain in certain areas. It was much needed and I will definitely return for some recommended acupuncture!
